No doubt. But as there is a firm and growing natural wine movement there, I want to focus on that with the hope it takes root elsewhere. <BR/><BR/>Speaking about the EU, I do view them as another evil empire when it comes to wine. If I could only get a job in Belgium! I really fear for what the organization is going to do to the wines there. I suspect that making natural wine is something other than burying a cow horn full of poo under a full moon. It's more about just making delicious wine by letting grapes do what grapes do without dumping poisons on them.
